Returns & Refunds
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We only offer returns if the product is damaged, you received the wrong product or there is a mistake that is not your fault (example: You specified custom order, but the product did not follow what you requested).
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@aveandcoe.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned because they were created specifically for your order and can't ever be sold to another customer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed in our store in the product description section. If you have questions about a product that aren't answered anywhere on the site, reach out to us and we will try to help you as best we can.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
